Yaaay, items get for peeps.

Do we know what the 5% proc actually does damage-wise and/or what form it takes? I'm assuming it's a magical effect of some sort, I just don't recall if it went off in the last battle or not.

That'll be funny.

Rory wakes up. 19 hours later...

GM: Roll initiative.

Rory goes first. Rory takes a standard action to replace the Peerless Drudge Amulet and wears the Amulet of Mighty Fists, then bullrushes the target. After his turn...

GM: Rory, what's your Fortitude?

Rory rolls a 1.

Rory: Zzzzzz...

I can actually imagine that Rory. Razz

Kolson, it looks like you have the leadership feat you wanted.

Imagine. I charge and push the guy over, but I feel lightheaded, lose my footing and black out when my head collides with the ground.

Then, 8 seconds later, the change...

And the target screams, "Weretuskers! I knew it!!" right before being pulped by Thog's knuckles.

Later in town, one of the guards says, "I'm telling you, I heard it! Howling! Those weretusker tales are true!"

The hookblades. Do they count as one-handed swords? Are they light weapons?

@Zeiss: They both count as light weapons.

Unless I missed it (which is entirely possible) we still need to decide what we're doing with the healing kits.

Actually, I would like to take one of these healing kits. When I reach level 6, which I imagine will be soon, I'll take the leadership feat and try to hire a white mage who could follow us around. Then I could giver him/her the kit.

As for the mana charge stone, I suppose I will be the one to take it? I did say I had a magical item I could spend it on. So, unless somebody has a valid objection, I'll add it to my inventory.

*Reaching for the mana stone.*

"No problem?"

Right, the Bracelet of Concealment. No need to just remind us, we can look it up.

I could take the 2/2 Treated Kit. I don't use the Heal check often, but when I do, I...do. So yeah. Stay healthy, my friends.

I'd like to point out that Gwydo would probably want to cede his counter 30% materia to Rory, because Gwydo's astronomically high AC will make it difficult to proc: Supposing most enemies will hit Gwydo only by rolling a 20, and only 3 out of 10 times someone rolls a 20 the materia works. That's a 1.5% chance Gwydo will ever see the materia work when equipping it.

On the other hand, Rory has considerably less AC than Gwydo (19 AC), and just got 30 extra health to burn from his new helm, which means he's much more likely to make good use out of it.

Clever, but...
When I DO get hit, it's automatically a crit, so I'm taking more damage. If I have a chance to off set that, I think it wise. Seeing as how I can continue to heal others (as long as I have mana).

If the group disagrees with my logic, I'll absolutely hand it over, just let me know.

Just a rule clarification; Counter doesn't mean you don't get hit, it means you get a counter attack of your own, you still get hit yourself.

Oh jeez. Okay.

Being equipped with a Counterattack 30% means you have a 30% chance on taking a successful hit to attack the person who just attacked you.

Does that necessarily require that you take hp damage? Cuz if so, I wouldn't mind being the one who gets to use it.

In my opinion he just needs to get a better shield. His to-hit is 2 or 0, it's not exactly an ideal number. Sure, the materia would give Gwydo more chances to roll successful hits, but any other non-mage class would be able to make better use of it, Snarg most of all considering his to-hit after Strength.

Also, Snarg I gotta ask how you get 20 melee for your to-hit. To-hit is BAB+mod, right?

Also, I'm takin' the 2/2 Treated Kit. Iss mahn naow!

It's high because Gnoll. I actually need to fully update my forum sheet anyways.

If you really want me to take it I can and would definitely use it, but I'd rather it go to someone else. I made out pretty well in the loot rolls honestly.

Alright then!

Counterattack 30% is going into my inventory! *triumphant fist pump*

Feel free to take the mana stone, I don't need it. The Endurance potion is up for anybody low on loot or not very endurance-y. I do have a hangup with you taking that 8/8 Healing Kit, Zeiss. On account of you not having any ranks in Heal.

I did explain that I would give it to the healer I am going to hire with that Leadership feat I will get (soon, I hope) at level 6.

Of course, if someone needs it, I will give it away.

Ah-ha! Found the comic about wearing boots with odd feet. This is how I imagine having to wear those boots:
