The man, with good grace, mentions that the 'sentinels' will be present at the housing reservation if he has any questions or comments for them, or maybe a desire to ask what it's like to be one. He mentions that he hears it's incredible, though he can't imagine giving up things like taste.

The man blathers on for a bit about how nice it'd be to not age or have to sleep or die while the caravan trundles onward without further incident.
