Christmas plans?

Since it's getting close to that time of year, I'm just checking in to see what everyone's Christmas plans are so we can coordinate sessions ahead of time. I will for sure not be able to attend or run any session on the 24th, which is Christmas Eve. It's possible I'll be free on the 23rd, but not incredibly likely.

That reminds me, I will not be present from the 23rd to the 27th.  Otherwise I'm free though.

I plan to be in a drunken stupor the entire week.

Seriously though, I have to work on Monday the 23rd, but I'm off after that through the 1st. I'll be spending some quality time with my X-Box and computer.

I know I won't have availability on the 19th because birthday, and the 23rd and 24th because xmas.

I'll be here. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Kind of sounds like we just need to take Christmas week off then.

Or take Santa Claus hostage...

GROOOOAAANNN. "Christmas special". I dunno...I just don't like those two words put together.

When I looked at the calendar I thought, "yes! 25th doesn't conflict!" except other things conflict with the 23rd and 24th, so that makes me very sad.

So I guess Christmas week is off, that's ok with me. I'd rather take it off than play with some of our regulars missing.

In my defense normally I'd be free but I haven't seen most of my family in 5 years and they paid for the ticket months ago.  And... the hotel.  And everything else.  So I'm sort of obligated.

I... assumed nobody would be free at Christmas. I won't until eight or nine O'clock in the evening. And that's on Christmas Eve and Christmas (kind of a big holiday for everyone in Quebec, religious or not).

As for the next week, we do not really celebrate the New Year in my family (except watching a New Year show on TV), but I may have to work too. The 30 and the 31 are the last two day I can work the night shift, so I'm not sure if my boss is going to make me work or start giving the night shift to the other employee who signed up for it. Starting January, I'm free on Monday and Tuesday night.

EDIT : Oh, and I'm working on the 23th.
