Higaide has yet to spend the 350g he got from Zeiss and Rory. He's got no problem handing it over, especially if it's to keep his people fed too.

Zeiss thanks Higaide and takes 178 gp. The additional 10 gp are for Zeiss' personal usage.

Kolson will order the Central Pasta and the Sunkissed Wine.

He'll also strike up a friendly conversation with Gardener Ilkroxknik about his love of tea after dinner. He'll explain that he picked it up from his friend Kezrinthka of Worker and that he'd love to have some after dinner if possible. If Il can make it happen he'll invite him or her to join him if s/he wants and they can pass the time before bedtime talking about the inn, some of Kolson's adventures (editing out the illegal and upsetting stuff), and how the town is doing.

Ilkroxknik actually only has a passing interest in tea, being far more fascinated with brewing than anything else. He does however engage in discussion with Kolson about tea and listens with fascination at his adventures, providing a rather engaged audience most of the time (while occasionally skittering off to take care of other concerns and customers). As for how the town is doing, it's his opinion that things are going much better now that the Order has been ejected, and there's talk of the town actually becoming a neutral ground under no one's jurisdiction and becoming a full time nexus for Olthoi to Aluvian activity. He's not sure what he thinks about that (ANY body willing to go to war is unacceptable in his opinion), but it's not his call to make.

Zeiss, suddenly realizing he's in the previous day, gets a bone thrown to him since he's broke and convinces a Yellow Mage to cast a low level Scan on the item. What he learns is whom it was made by, some other mundane facts about its construction, and the fact that it was in Sareth's possession right up until he abruptly flung it away with a sense of urgency. It has also been lying undisturbed wherever it was for at least a couple of days.
