Rory used up one of his Turn actions to help Higaide, allowing Higaide to take more actions this Turn.
Javan landed there due to a lack of space.

Rory summons all his power to quickly and fiercely climb up the side of the building (ngahhh!) to get onto the second floor!

After that, can he do anything?

Relevant feats: Mobility and Deflecting Move

We'll say Rory gets one more action once through the broken window (assuming that's his destination). He of course takes several attacks of opportunity as he climbs up, taking 18 physical damage as they swing wildly at his passing form.

Javan would actually like to attempt to lower some of that damage using 3 of his daily Sudden Deflection. Immediate action, +2AC and DR 5/- to Rory against the 3 guys under threat from Javan.

Rory pulls out his flask of alchemist fire and lobs it into a group of four guards.

Can I hit the mage on the left right or the unmolested archer from here?

The GM isn't sure if Rory has any ranged weapons... but he could probably try the same tackle attempt Higaide did earlier. It'd be a STR roll in either case.

Still wanna use the flask.

The damage Rory took is reduced to 3.

Rory suddenly finds his Alchemist's Fire flask and hurls it at the group of guards, hitting all of them for 6 damage. There are screams of rage and pain as the acid burns at their skin.

This leaves it at Javan's turn, then Higaide's.

Javan would have cursed under his breath from the pain from the blows he just suffered... but his head was too busy being reminded of the fact that they are the 'monsters' here from things that have been happening these last weeks. This spike in energy, power... it's being used wrong. You must see the error in your ways by now, surely you could move things in a more peaceful manner. Talk with them, I'm sure they'll...

"NO!", shouted Javan, his bloodshot eyes darting into his next target, the archer who's right behind the bloodied soldier in front of him and obscuring the mage at his back.

He then proceeds to gain altitude, now whispering so that only himself and the Winds could hear it, "Not yet. We don't have the upper hand."

I get you have 2 lives you want well, above all. Even above your own. I agree, they shouldn't have to deal with all this because of me. But know this, I shall meddle with your actions if I feel like the lives you say don't care about might be lost here. For now, make the best of this blessing... Here.

Javan would have left out of a sight out of 'his own' naivete all while this singular yet alien feeling of 'repulsion' spread around his being, but his mind was whole again, and just in time: concentrating on the landing of a dragoon's jump was a very important step, and correct breathing a necessity since Javan had just started on his 'path of the dragoon'.

Actions:

Those nearest Javan have recoiled, partially out of revulsion, partially out of fear. He hears a few mutter a couple of things under their breath just before he leaps out of range, bypassing any attacks of opportunity due to the Jump, shimmering Soul energy covering his body as he slams into the archer, who is completely shocked at seeing him. The blunt side of his spear slams into the man, hitting him so hard he staggers back into the nearby mage, barely keeping his balance in the process.

The crowd, now thoroughly enjoying the 'show', gives an appreciative gasp during Javan's strike, and a small smattering of applause breaks out.

It is now Higaide's turn.

Higaide grabs the Archer he had previously tackled, and trows him onto the nearby Mage. Non-Lethal. Expend Charge [AMMO: 37].

Higaide's fling hurtles the poor man into his Mage compatriot, entangling both and sending them into the crowd, which is growing more and more appreciative by the moment.

The Right Mage and two Archers are having a hell of a time functioning right now. The rest, having realized the time for non-lethal damage has passed, start unloading on the party. The left most Mage burns a Meta and Dualcasts Maximized Fire on Javan and ends up burning himself alive for his troubles. He is quite dead, though the crowd doesn't seem to have realized that yet.
Seeing one of their companions dead, the soldiers begin barreling into Javan, swinging at him full tilt in an attempt to kill the abomination that just killed their companion. One of them has also activated a signal calling for reinforcements as one of his actions.
(New rolls here): The others land with a total of 4 attacks after Will Saves are done, one of which is a Crit. These do a total of 37 damage between them.

This should make it Rory's turn, and hopefully this is the right image this time.
