Watching Rory attempting to seduce the pillar had Gwydo almost in tears he was laughing so hard.
"I'll make sure "she" gets to your room" he tells Rory. "You go ahead and head up first."

After short conversation, Rory feels reassured that Gwydo--proficient in the social aspects of his own race--will convince her to reconsider his offer, and heads upstairs.

Once he enters his room, Rory turns around only to notice that the Lugian woman wasn't following him. He waits patiently for ten minutes before finally realizing that she isn't coming up. Feeling like an idiot for not taking her disinterest genuinely, he crashes on the bed for a short nap to sleep it off.

The bartender looks at you, confused for a moment, before offering you the temporary use of one of his kegs.

Taking the empty wine barrel, Gwydo carries it up to Rory's room. Knocking on the door he offers it up to Rory's drunken blindness as his "seduced lugian".

Delighted, Rory hides his disappointment and subsequent excitement at the return of his conquest. As he embraces her, he notices the apparent roughness of her hide. Suddenly, he realizes that the woman he is embracing is in fact a barrel.

A little outraged at Gwydo's betrayal, Rory chucks the barrel back at him. "You ass!" he shouts angrily.

The Lugian continues to laugh, reasoning that he couldn't pass up the opportunity to take advantage of his apparent blindness. Rory finally concedes and has a little chuckle about it, but is too embarrassed to head downstairs, and returns to his bed to continue napping.
