Unsure of what to make of the gesture, Rory takes the glass and drinks deeply, expecting it to be strong.

Later, when he finds out it isn't affecting him in any way, he looks for Z. When he finds her, he asks, "So uh, I drank down that whole glass not 20 minutes ago, and I'm still feeling clear-headed. What did you put in it?"

"ogre's delight. thought you might like it. supposed to taste like that brew that was a wee bit too strong for you, but without the kick."

"Oh, okay. So it's a weaker alternative?"

*Z gives a soft snicker*

"Non-alcoholic. It just tastes like that brew you like."

He looks a little forlorn when he hears it. "There ought to be some in it. Just isn't right." He walks off back to his tent.

*Z pulls a frying pan out of her pack and begins setting up a small fire. While this grows she whips up some dough and doles it out onto a dutch oven which she slides under the now hot coals. She throws on several eggs on the frying pan, whipping them into nice fluffy yellow piles, which when complete she sets aside. Then she puts a dollop of fat on the skillet and melts it throwing on some nice thick juicy strips of venison and bear meat.*
