Fierneceal has been fidgeting with her hands since her statement about the Sotiris. After a bit she finally speaks up. "I... don't think it's unwilling to come back. I think it was stopped."

Kolson starts rubbing the side of his head. "Stopped? How? And an orc now too?"

"that could be true but the warden thing seams to be prity powerful"

"Kolson i have a feeling were all been followed its just that me and zeiss were the only ones skilled in that kind of way and lucky enoth to spot the tracks"

"Yeah, that makes sense. We are in a lot of trouble aren't we?"

Fierneceal is grimacing, like she's remembering something she doesn't want to. "We... call him Red Cloak. He wears a long, elaborate red robe, garishly adorned, and has a wild, black goatee... and his eyes..." she pauses as she shudders. "I've seen first-hand... where he walks, destruction follows."

"well they havent turned us in yet so they are not after us been arrested yet"

*tab turns and looks at Fier*

"Red Cloak... You think he knows about this?"

"How reassuring, Tab."

"Fier, what makes you think this Red Cloak is involved? What can it do? Where did it come from?"

Red Cloak. Rory broke his deep thought over what can be done, and looks at Fierneceal quizzically, encouraging her to continue and elaborate further. It sounded like she had encountered opposition during her and her brother's attempt to restore his homeland.

"Fed this job off from this elf what did they say exactly?"

Fierneceal closes her eyes as she struggles to compose herself. Whatever he did to her, she is clearly not over. "I would guarantee he does. He's been behind... so many things. On the islands, the islands he shouldn't have even known existed. I..." she shakes her head. "I'm just worried. Our Sotiris friend was a servant of a great power, and the Red Cloak strikes me as a man strong enough to stop it, for whatever twisted designs were in his mind."

"Higher powers seem to be all we frelling deal with lately. We need one of them on our side for once. One we don't have to wait to receive contact from, from a frelling stone we have no way of charging."

"or we become one ourselves!"

Fedwaith answers to Tabran :

"Oh, they wanted to take over something. The government. Stonehold. Maybe the Undermarket. I don't know."

When Fierneceal talks about Red Cloak, Fedwaith simply says :

"Conjecture won't really help us. And we don't even know if this man you are talking about is interested in our little group. I propose that we go with the Mirror Key to this tower. There may be answers there."

At Zeiss' suggestion, Rory shot him a crazy look, and shook his head "NO".

"Why not, Rory?"

"im sorry Han but we only have guesses as to were that thing will take us and with no way of getting back it is far too risky to use."

At Rory's reaction, Fedwaith simply states :

"Thank you for your contribution to this discussion."

"Actually I have a pretty good guess. Like I said, Bemm said it was near lytlethorpe. And just reading that triggered a vision of it. I've yet to be mislead by a vision."

When Kolson asks, Rory sighs in exasperation and pulls out his notebook. Thus far, he has only written in private--in a room at an inn, or in his tent. The sailors on the cot deck of the ship they arrived were the first to have seen it. He tears out a piece of paper from the middle, writes on it, and puts it forward on the table. It reads:

"Dires."

He then makes the rudest, most insulting hand gesture he can think of at Zeiss, an puts his notebook away.

also before we do anything i wan a way to come and go as we please that means getting us real fake Visa.

"Rory makes a good point. I'm not sure we are in any shape to be in or near the Dires. They have whole armies there for a reason."

"Or we can clear our names, Tab. Not that I'm entirely sure how at this point."

To Tabran, Fedwaith says :

"We find criminals who have fake visas to sell. Maybe the Blackbrine if they are still in Holtburg."

To Kolson and Rory, he adds :

"I don't even know what you assume this tower is in the Dires. Hanuel seems sure it is in Southern Aluvia. Actually..."

He turns to Hanuel.

"Hand me the Mirror Key. If someone else has these visions, maybe it will convince everyone."

Then, he stops, realizing something.

"And no... I won't use it if no consensus is done."

Hanuel holds out the mirror key. "The first vision happened right after I touched it. Should do the same for you."

"Well, whatever you guys decide I'm afraid I can't commit to anything right now. I have a meeting with a contact in a couple of hours. I may be needed here, in Holtburg."
