"F-frell if I know. I was suddenly in a large chamber, completely made of mirrors. I was sitting on a small chait, then there was ice building up on every surface. And there was a throne, encased in ice. And there was someone in it."

Rory sighed. "Just put the key in your pocket, and let's focus on getting Zeiss out of jail. Let's stop being curious about the tower." He continued to remain aloof from the group until he felt he had something to contribute.

"Wait, you're messing around with the key again? I heard that went rather poorly last time. So you were actually teleported directly there? Uh, huh." Snarg stares concernedly at the key. "Is there some way one of you mages can do something to close this thing off from scrying, teleporting ... anything? I don't really feel that comfortable knowing that thing could teleport anyone around when it wants to."

He turns back to Tabran. "If you're ready to proceed, I'm ready to go as well. I'm sure we'll need some more backup," he glances at the others in the group, "if things go south. The sooner we get this over with the better. We still have Zeiss to worry about and need to attend to that very soon. I'm expecting that your new boss can help us with that once you've helped him secure his position."

"I don't think I was actually teleported there. At least not in any regular sense. Someone would have noticed."

"Han you were teleported turst me as for how long you were there or how long you were gone the two dont have to be the same amount of time, time doesnt work how most people think it does."

Hanuel puts the key away, still shivering slightly.

"Take care of yourself, Han. Here," Snarg hands Hanuel a blanket, "get some food in you if you haven't eaten yet. Now, perhaps we should proceed on to boss business? Lead the way."

"Snarg if our plan gose the way i want it we will be his boss, if it dosnt then we will be partners in it at worst at lest for a time while we look for a way to get rid of him."

"Then let's hope your plan goes the way you want it. Sounds like there's going to be more trouble if you end up becoming partners."

To Tab: "So you are thinking Diplomacy?

What's your angle? Do you know what they want? What's your preferred outcome? What are you willing to compromise on? What is your plan B if negotiations fail or are taking too long?

Where will you meet? What will you do if things go south and the other side tries to murder your half of the negotiation? "

"well Diplomacy is my preferred chose thou im fine with blackmail if we can find something on him well need to talk to Oghren first for that to see if he has anything.

angle well they think im representing the Dericost and i have no intension of saying otherwise as for what they want i can only guess money and power? im willing to compromise for now long term we don't want Thackis in charge he is a petty thug that has managed to grab power before anyone else could.

if thinks go south then plan B is killing him thou that's easier said than done, and what's all this WE business were in this together?"

"We're going to be there in case things go south." Snarg motions to himself and other party members. "As much as I appreciate getting a scope on all of this, perhaps we should keep this brief. Tabran, maybe you can answer this and we can go to confront them? If we're not going to be doing this today, then we have to do something about getting Zeiss back instead."

"Of course we are in this together, I just can't go to the negotiation. I'm happy to help in any other way I can though, whether that is in planning or potential reinforcements."

"we cant get Zeiss back today without the help of the UM, as the only thing we know about Zeiss location is somewhere in a high security military prison in the military District.

as for if things go south im hoping that the third can help with that as he is the one with the purse strings and can call off the guards i hope?"

"Maybe we can't get him back today, but I haven't seen anyone making any attempts for his release. As for calling off the guards, I only hope the third boss would be so kind and that it would actually work. It doesn't sound like he has any obligation to do that and could just let you burn for his sake. I'm not saying he will, but it sounds like you're putting a lot of faith in someone who is clearly willing to 'remove' people for his sake."

"thats why we are going to see him first."

"Then let's go. We're all following you." He turns to the party. "Even if you would not normally help with something such as this, I ask for your assistance. This is something that will have ramifications for years to come for you and your kin. Although we may get our hands dirty, it will be for the greater benefit of many others."

"Well, okay. I'm just worried I'll be more trouble than help this time."

"kolson as much as i want you with us on this same for Han and Rory its best if you dont go i dont want them seeing you with a price on your head and all"

"If your sure I understand. Good luck to you all. I hope your plan ends without bloodshed Tabran."

He pulls Tab aside.

"I may not be able to go, but here, take the Exit Materia. I have a feeling you need it more than I do right now."

"well time to head off"

tab tanks kolson and heads out the room.

*Z follows if a bit begrudgingly after reminding Tabran to put on a disguise.*

Snarg adusts his gear and then follows Tabran out in guard position.

Tabran is just debating how best to disguise himself when a large, familiar Burun bounces into him, knocking the two to the ground.

Sethos, with Taku sitting in his hood somehow manages to bump into Tabran, before apologising profusely.

"Oh, hey guys" He peers back at the group "Where are you guys heading?"
