Zeiss tried to ignore the frustation of his companion. He could understand, but he wanted to learn more, just in case.

"Let's stay one hour. If no ones come, we go back to the city. Is it okay?"

The wolf looks frustrated. It was clear he has no intention of heading back to Al-Erat until he gets exactly what he wanted. However long that might take. And he'll be stubborn.

Staying here accomplishes nothing, unless you want to go down there and have a party, so we can really ruin this for good."

You do find a nearby section of tall grass that will be suitable for laying in wait. You will still have to be careful about being Stealthy, however.

Higaide's argument was right. They had the information. They had no real proof, but seeing a Gnoll running towards this ravine was enough. Zeiss wanted to stay, but they had to warn the others of their discovery.

"Higaide, Raver, you go back to the city. Inform our colleagues of what we found. There is a spot here I could use to hide myself. I will stay two hours and go back to Tammy's farm."

He saw the look on Raver's face.

"I'm trained for this. You're not. Go back to the city."

"You made sure this Gnoll didn't escape. This is not a failure. Please. I sneaked in the most guarded buildings of Glenden Wood for years. I know how to make sure nobody sees me."

The wolf realizes the fact that if he stays, it won't do any good. He grumbles and kicks the peddles angrily. He growls and shakes his staff through the air. He stopped. Something occurred to him and he remained completely silent.

Then, in a sheer and seemingly brainless action. He howls.
"Ooooooooooohhh!"
His wolf's wail cries out, and echoes through the canyon.
"...We're right here!"
