Alright K. I'm pretty sure I'm faster than the elf by at least 10 ft. Keep the dwarf locked in a grapple. I'll do my signature enrage+charge to knock the elf down and help Zeiss finish him, then come barreling back your way to help. I'll take over if he hurt you bad, and Zeiss will help me if it gets ugly. It's a gamble, but we can't let that elf escape. We can't let them have any more warning than they already got.

Let's spare the dwarf, yeah? As I understand it, the intention was to neutralize opposition quickly and quietly. Since we've botched that, we can at least try to punch his lights out now that it's a three-on-one fight.

I get the feeling this exchange happened before, but in reverse.
Anyway, i picked Monk for my character for times just like this, where it'd be just as well for me to spare a foe as to kill them.
That being said, i'm still the only one who can deal nonlethal damage at full efficiency, if i'm not mistaken. And Dwarf man will be less than happy that we killed his buddy.
So then, i'm switching to nonlethal damage.

Assuming your deception works Zeiss, they won't simply let you leave because you play the 'military raid' card. That just changes their thoughts on preparation and planning while they have you tied up in their base and using the Sho water-drip torture technique to get you to talk. We can't talk our way out of a situation in which we are found by hostile reinforcements at a private entrance with the people tasked to guard it bleeding on the ground near us. At that point, you can talk them down from hostile, but we would be coming with them. We don't want to go with them unless we have to, and right now we don't. We can still run away from this, and to do that we need to cover our retreat. I have one smokebomb, which will only delay them, but it's something.
We need to leave and try another. Of course all entrances are guarded, but right now the heat is on this one. Different entrance, and this time we need to try talking. Also, we stick close to each other.

Unfortunately, i'm pretty sure the whole area will be under heightened security for a while. For the same reason that'll make it talking our way through all that much harder than it already was.
Also, the Dwarf has seen our faces, so we either resort to cold-blooded murder to cover our tracks (spoiler: I'm not wiling to.) or try for stealth if we can take cover somewhere and sneak through while they're busy checking out the gory aftermath and tending to the still-living guard (might provide some info, if we play it right, actually).
Another option is to take the guard with us, tie him up somewhere and see what he knows.

You bought us some time, Zeiss, but that's all we get. I hope you're not planning on pushing through here. Security won't suddenly be raining men down all of the access points just because they find their lookouts squashed at one of them. I would choose heightened security over hostile reinforcements in superior numbers any day.

No Intuits. As for other entrances or exits, the nearest exit is the one you're aiming for currently, you'd have to backtrack quite a ways to find another one and then loop back around topside to return. I'd say a bare minimum of 3 hours for the whole trip.

If you are certain you guys can reach and kill/disable an unknown number of running targets in less than 3 rounds without knowing what's ahead, that's one way to go about it. Otherwise, try to use the choke point you guys have to your advantage.
