Re: Feats Thread
Ok then I thinks it makes the most sense to go with the Silent spell. This was the highest on my pick list because in the back of my mind, I could see someone falling in combat, then my character goes over to them placing his hand on them and silently casts Returned Life, and the Fallen PC gets up and asked what happened, and my character nonchalantly, say “oh you just had the wind knocked out of you” and returns to the battle
On the Normal feat, how about Natural Skill [You gain 1 extra skill point per level (and 4x skill points at first level).] If so how would this effect my PC starting points? I got 32, would this be bumped up to 48?
[4x4]*4 -> [4x8}*4 ???

Sorry for the delay, had to look up that feat (it wasn't on the Feat list, in fact it's a homebrew). I'm going to interpret that as not 4 TIMES but 4 additional at start, with one additional per level. Thus you start with 36 instead and can gain 5 + INT Modifier skills per level (instead of 4). If that's acceptable, both are approved.

Well the if you want me to keep within the Forgotten Realms, the closest one is.
http://www.realmshelps.net/cgi-bin/featbox.pl?feat=Nymph~s_Kiss
Fey creatures regard you as though you were fey. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus on all Charisma-related checks and a +l bonus on all saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities. Starting with the level when you take this feat, you gain 1 extra skill point per level.
I can recon my back story, I did plant a tree after all and that was before finding this skill

It doesn't have to be FR specific, I just wasn't willing to give you a bagrillion skills to start is all. I'm still okay with the modified version I listed if you'd prefer.

Good thing I rolled that 20 on the awareness check, I might have missed that Approved, after all I did barely see that Tyrannosaurus Rex hovering over my head in the other thread.

Unfortunately a 20 is not enough to see the fact that the T-Rex is still there. Roll to lose a limb...Caladrius wrote:Good thing I rolled that 20 on the awareness check, I might have missed that Approved, after all I did barely see that Tyrannosaurus Rex hovering over my head in the other thread.

Do me a favor and remind me of that Still Mind thing. There is no enchantment school in my setting but spells and effects of a like type will be affected.

For my Cure and Lay on Hands:
Battle Blessing
You can cast most of your paladin spells faster than normal. If the spell normally requires a standard action, you can cast it as a swift action. If it normally requires a full round to cast, you can cast it as a standard action. Spells with longer or shorter casting times are not affected by this feat.

With the proviso that you still cannot cast more than one spell per round, done.

Re: Feats Thread
for the new feat [Power Investure] in order to be taken it says that a spellcraft of 11 or the ability to cast med spells is needed.
dose that mean 11 ranks in spellcraft or just a total score?
also can it be taken in place of a Metamagic Feat?
