"Well, it appears you're still needed then." he says to the deputy, "Perhaps you'd lend us use of your stables? After all, we wouldn't want your big arrest to escape past the borders of your city. Extradition could be rather ... complicated."

Zeiss didn't really care about Harkun. But he may have been the one to send the centaurs after them. It was the most logical explanation. Then he had to get rid of this orc, in case he came back for revenge.

He sighed.

Yzen takes whoever is willing to follow towards the stables, which has 5 currently un-used horses ready to go. A quick word with the stablemaster and all 5 horses are at your disposal.

"Lycans, run now and slow him down. Do NOT engage, just trip him up enough and confuse his direction."

He turn to the deputy, "We'll need more than this. Are there any other stables in the immediate area? If so, lead me to them and we will bring enough horses for everyone here; this is official business with a signed order from the mayor."

Zeiss asks around the inn really quick about what lies to the southeast. From what he learns there isn't another town for some distance, and in fact there are no proper roads per say after a ways, only the sign-posts that jut out of the sand indicating paths. If one were to continue southeast for a while one would leave the Al-Jalima state entirely.

In his haste, Rory had forgotten that he was waiting on 13 other people that needed horses. Despite his remorse, he waited patiently, unable to calm down.

"Whis, let's take what we can get. I'll ride Dara, the lycanthropes can run, you the troll, rory, and sethos can ride on horseback, Gwydo and Caladrius can heal us, and the others can search Oakheart's residence."

"Of course not." He turns to the group, "Our mission at this point is to slow him down enough for everyone to catch up. We'll send out a team after the Lycans to assist. Rory, Sethos, Javan, Gwydo, and Caladruis, mount up. Everyone else will be on foot following behind or until we encounter other mounts."
